Q: What are your wholesale shipping options?
All orders are shipped from Dubai. We want you to have the best and convenient way of delivering your orders. Since Perfume is categorized as Dangerous goods for shipping, DG rates apply for most products except for Non-DG items like oils and bakhoors. Below are the options:
1) International Delivery: Our shipping partner is DHL. DHL DG rates are shown at checkout up until 30kg Shipping rate would depend on the package weight and destination country. For weights above 30kg, we will provide you the shipping quote separately. Delivery time is between 5 to 14 working days
2) UAE Local Delivery: Its cost is USD 5 up to 10 kg and USD 7 up to 25kg.For weights above 25kg, we will provide you the shipping quote separately. Delivery time is maximum 1-3 working days depending on your location in UAE. For our customers outside of city limits (remote areas), delivery time is maximum 7 to 10 working days and the shipping charge would be USD 10.
3) Pick-up: Our representative will contact you once your order is ready for pick up usually within 24hrs. By default, you can pick up your order at our Warehouse located at: UmmRamool, Dubai or email sales@dubaioudh.com to further assistance.
Q: Can I pay via Credit Card or Debit Card?
Yes, you can. Our payment gateway is secured and maintained by Mashreq Bank. We accept Mastercard, Visa , American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment link will be sent to you upon order confirmation. 2.5% Card Payment Fee is applicable for wholesale orders.
Q: Can I pay via Bank Transfer?
Yes, it is very possible for all customers, and we welcome it. The good news is there is no additional charges!
Q: I want to pay using PayPal but it's not included in the payment options?
First, we apologize for the inconvenience. Payment using is your PayPal Account not yet available as one of your payment options due to some technical reasons. Even though that we want you to have the best options available but for the moment it is not possible PayPal has not fully integrated their system with the United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Enabling PayPal on our website will include additional costs and expenses. As a decision, we will park the idea for the time being but will certainly have it once PayPal makes AED available. And secondly, as one of the major banks in the UAE, Mashreq Bank provides us the payment gateway services for you to pay your order using Credit or Debit Card. Q: I want to pay Cash on Delivery (COD), is it possible?
No, Cash On Delivery is not applicable for wholesale orders.
