Return & Refund Policy


**Return Policy**
Due to international shipping from Dubai, we do not accept returns except for defective products or items damaged during shipping. We aim to ensure your satisfaction and will assist with replacements when applicable.

**Damage Claims**
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing sales@dubaioudh.com. Retain all packaging for at least 10 business days, as we may require it for the damage claim process. We will replace the damaged product as soon as possible.

**Refund Policy**
If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of confirming the issue. Please allow additional time for processing by your financial institution.

**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you have not received your refund after being notified, first recheck your bank account and contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@dubaioudh.com.

**Exchanges**
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, email sales@dubaioudh.com. You will need to return the defective item to our US address.
