Shipping FAQ

Welcome to DubaiOudh.com! Here are answers to common questions about our shipping policies. Our warehouse is located in Dubai, and all orders are shipped from Dubai. We ship to all countries except the ones listed in the exceptions. The exceptions are : Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Russia, Spain, Ukraine, Israel, Turkey, Maldives, Papua New Guinea, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Egypt, Armenia, and Fiji.

1. UAE Local Delivery

  • Cost:
    • USD 5 for orders up to 10 kg
    • USD 7 for orders up to 25 kg
    • For orders over 25 kg, we will provide a customized shipping quote.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Within city limits: 1 to 3 working days, depending on your location.
    • Remote areas: 7 to 10 working days. Shipping cost for remote areas is USD 10.

2. International Delivery (Air Freight)

  • Shipping Partner: DHL
  • Details:
    • Perfumes are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) for air transport. Most perfumes incur DG shipping rates, while oils and bakhoors are exempt.
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for packages up to 30 kg.
    • For packages over 30 kg, we will provide a customized shipping quote.
  • Delivery Time: 5 to 14 working days, depending on the destination.

3. International Delivery (Sea Freight)

  • Cost: Sea freight is a more affordable option but requires a minimum purchase of 1 pallet (approximately 500 kg).
  • Delivery Time: 50 to 60 days.
